Proposed Master-Planned Community

Carrying on the tradition of three generations of visionary community planning and sustainable development, Parker Development Company is planning a new master-planned community in El Dorado County: The Village of Marble Valley Specific Plan. The proposed plan allows for continued population growth and economic expansion, distributing growth and development in a manner that preserves the character and extent of the rural regions in El Dorado County. With these goals in mind, the Parker Development Company project will accommodate the long-term growth needs of the county by establishing a concentrated, compact development pattern with regionally-balanced housing, employment, shopping, and recreation uses.
