Daniel McAuliffe

Property Manager

Daniel McAuliffe is the property manager for Parker Development Company in the Greenhaven and Riverlake communities. Since joining the company in 1988, Daniel has been involved with various projects as they relate to Parker’s portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the Greenhaven and Riverlake communities. He manages all the day-to-day operations and special projects for the properties, including leasing, marketing, renovations, compliance, maintenance and staffing. Daniel is a native to the Pocket/Greenhaven area and has been with the company since its early projects in the area.

Daniel is a licensed General Building Contractor with an EPA certification. He is also a member of the Rental Housing Association.
